Everything is a game. Five minutes on, two minutes off. We finish on a high rather than pushing to the clock — sessions here are often shorter than an hour on purpose.

We coach to the child, not the calendar. If a five-year-old is ready for structure they get it, and if a seven-year-old needs games we play games.
