The question we get most often is how young is too young. The honest answer: if they can walk confidently and follow a simple instruction, we can teach them.
Skater Tots is entirely gamified. There's no drilling, no lecture, no standing in line. It's games that happen to build balance, weight transfer and board feel — and the little littles don't notice they're learning until they're rolling.

How a session runs
Everything is a game
Cones become monsters, the flat becomes a river, and stopping becomes a challenge with a name. Nothing gets called a drill.
Short bursts
Five minutes on, two minutes off. Little kids learn in flashes, and pushing past the flash is how you lose them.
Parents welcome
Stay and watch, or get on a board yourself — plenty of parents book their own lesson at the same time.

How young is too young to learn skateboarding?
Around three is the earliest that tends to work. If a child can walk confidently and follow a one-step instruction, we can teach them. Below that, balance and attention span usually aren't there yet.
How much do Skater Tots lessons cost?
$100 per hour, same as our other programs, with 4-pack packages and a $50 saving for a group of four.
What if my child is scared?
That's completely normal and it's the first thing we work on. The whole session is built around making the board feel like a toy rather than a risk.
Do you provide a small enough board?
Yes. We carry smaller decks and soft wheels sized for little riders, plus helmets and pads that actually fit.
